Shiv Sena
Initial reaction of the Sena Chief Uddhavji
Thakre on BJP's choice for the post of the President was horrible & shocking.
The body language reflected the frustration. According to him the nomination of
Mr. Kovindji is for harvesting Dalit votes.
When
Sena extended its support to renaming of Marathwada University, everyone was
thankful to Balasahebji Thakre and no one attributed any motive to the said gesture.
When
Sena supported Mr. Sushikumarji Shinde, no one thought of any motive of
harvesting Dalit votes.
When
Mr. Uddhavji Thakre offered post of the Deputy Chief Minister to Mr. Ramdas
Athawale to lure him to align with Sena before 2014 elections, it was evidently
a move to trap Dalit votes.
Afterthought
support to the nomination of Mr. Kovindji is also a move aimed at damage
control. However, Sena has irreparably hurt Dalit sentiments.
Evidently
Sena has become directionless.
On 15th
October 2014 the voting for Maharashtra Assembly was over.
Home Minister Rajnathsingji
sanctioned the proposal for renaming Belgaum as Belgavi, which was pending from
2006 on 17th October 2014, i.e. a day after the voting was over. It
was shocking act of backstabbing Maharashtra. The Sena, established on the sacrifice
of shiv-sainiks in Sanyukt Maharashtra movement had no time to even take
cognizance of the said betrayal act of BJP. Sena was indulged in daydreaming of
majority. When results shown Sena it's right place, it was begging for ministerial
posts to its leaders, mainly, who had never contested any elections and were members
of legislative council. People's representatives are always ignored.
The Shiv Sena under
present leadership is reaching to the only destination, the point of immersion.

Congratulations, Narendra Modiji!
The
Gandhi family must take responsibility of preventing the Government of Manmohanji,
proved finance minister guided by Narasinharaoji. They intervened all the time
instigated by peoples like Digvijayaji. They have proved that they are
incompetent to lead a party like Congress. They should first tender their
apology for their arrogance towards the great economist and then to the party
for rendering the same irrelevant. Let the family serve in Gandhi Ashram and
read the literature of Mahatmaji, whose Swarajya concept is still relevant and
can strengthen India, if implemented by adjusting the same to present days
requirements. Congress can still reemerge if its Sevadal wing is strengthened.

The Honourable High Court has directed the State Government and the MIDC
to maintain status -quo as on 30th July 2012 in regard of the lands at
Ladgaon, Aurangabad, for extended Shendra Industrial area. This order is
passed in two different writ petitions filed by two groups of
petitioners. In the petition filed by Mr. Avadhoot Shinde and others,
the then industrial Minister Mr. Rajendra Darda and
the then Sub-divisional Officer at Aurangabad, Mr. Waman Kadam are
contesting respondents in their personal capacities. The petition
alleges that, mr. Kadam had initiated the acquisition move at the
instance of the then Industrial Minister, though he was not authorised
to initiate the acquisition proceedings as provided under the ID Act.
The petition points out that, when more than 80% already developed
industrial plots from Waluj, Shendra, Chikalthana and Railway station
MIDC area are un-utilised, there is no rational in acquiring additional
lands. The petitioners have alleged that, the acquisition is malafide
and is aimed at facilitating the builder lobby to earn unreasonable
profits by pretending that no land is available for further development
in view of reservation of lands in bulk for industrial purpose. The
petition has further placed on record, authentic admissions of the MIDC
officials that, the basic infrastructure like water, power, so also
industrial waste disposal system required for presently functioning 20%
units from the developed industrial area is not available. The
petitions have also questioned the change of user of the industrial
lands for commercial and residential purpose. They have also
demonstrated the arbitrary exercise of authority in violation of
principles of natural justice.
Update on 18th January 2013.
The MIDC has now moved an application for vacating the interim relief and the matter would be listed for orders on 15th February 2013.
